The right braiding protects the hose from getting damaged. We use the process of armoured braiding, which involves braiding directly on the hose. Flawless braiding results are achieved using state-of-the-art machinery, there is no tapering of the internal diameter once the hose is generally firm enough. Seals that have been made by us, whether plaited or twisted, can also be braided upon request.
Braiding is available with galvanised steel wire, glass fibre (E-glass), ceramic fibre, stainless steel wire, cotton and phosphorus bronze wire. Combinations involving, for example, glass fibre and stainless steel wire are also possible. Depending on the material, we braid to a maximum outer diameter of 90 mm (stainless steel wire).
